Legal Clarity
We are not a charity or donation platform.
The artist is a registered individual entrepreneur in Ukraine, allowed to receive payments for artistic services. Art services sales are taxed accordingly under Ukrainian law. Donations are not tax-deductible.
Personal Impact
After tax and production costs, part of the remaining profit is personally donated by the artist to support wounded individuals in Ukraine.
This includes covering the cost of prosthetics, materials, and care logistics.
No Middlemen
We currently do not partner with any large organizations. This means:
- 100% of decision-making stays with us
- We track the use of every euro ourselves
- You will see exactly where the money is going, once our first donation is complete
